文明崩壊後の世界で、人々の唯一の希望は、自由を追い求める不死身の魔女アリスの存在だった。報酬と引き換えにどんな願いでも叶えてくれるというアリスは、愛と権力に飢える王妃の願いを叶えるため、案内人のボイスと共に魔物が支配する“ロストランズ”へ向かうことに。一方、アリスを異端として裁いた教会の総司教は、処刑人アッシュに彼女を殺すよう命じる。それだけでなく、王妃がアリスの元を訪れていたことを知った総司教は、王妃も異端者として処刑し、権力を手に入れようと画策していた。波乱に満ちた旅のなかで、自分たちが似た者同士であることに気付いたアリスとボイスは次第に絆で結ばれていく。
